New day of the week
After talking to alot of people we have decided to change the club get togethers to THURSDAY Nights. I think we will get a better turn out with this new day. So remember to mark the first Thursday of every month (except December) for Recipe club. Also everyone is more than welcome to invite a friend or two.
Chicken Salad Salad
1 package bow tie pasta
2 large chicken breasts (diced)
1 cup red grapes (halved)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup salted cashews
1 bottle Hidden Valley brand coleslaw dressing
onions to taste (optional)
Cook pasta to desired tenderness, brown chicken. Let both cool then cut up chicken. Combine all ingredients and cover with dressing (add more dressing than you think, because it gets soaked in and will become dry if you don't). All ingredient measurement can be changed according to your taste.
If you would like to make this into chicken salad for sandwiches, leave out the pasta and triple the chicken. It is YUM!!
